So, what’s my deal? Why do I do what I do?
I became a user experience (UX) professional because of my passion for serving people. That, and my love of good design.
Since UX is often about websites, smart phones, and other devices, my interest in computer science doesn’t hurt either.
But UX is not all about designing. It’s also about striving to understand people and things through quality research and the (challenging!) practice of empathy. I strive to do both of those things well.
I am one of those people who believe that good design — backed by a good grasp of what users need — can make a big difference in the lives of others.
That is why I do what I do.
